how do i access the wifi?
For Staff members please use either:

or
KKP Staff 5GHz

My COMputer is connected to wifi but i can access the internet, what do i do?
Check to see if windows has detected an error by clicking the WiFi button on the task bar (bottom right corner) and view "Figure 1". If there is a problem either click "disconnect" on the WiFi network or right click and click "forget network" and reconnect to the WiFi (view "How Do I Access The WiFi" for login credentials)
I''m unable to print.
Step1: Make sure you are first connected to the "Staff WiFi" and that the printer is also connected to the same network and not "KKP WiFi" (non-staff WiFi).
Step 2: If the printer is online and connected to wifi paste " Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers " in the search bar at the bottom left of the screen, make sure the printer you are looking to use is not grayed out. if the printer is grayed out that means its offline.
Step 3: If you are still have problems please submit a ticket above.
