Our physical education curriculum encompasses yoga, Brain Gym®, and fundamental physical fitness. This fitness program is intentionally woven into various aspects of the day, serving not only to promote physical well-being but also to develop motor skills and enhance focus. Yoga is a regular feature in our classrooms, enjoyed by all for its positive effects on flexibility, coordination, strength, balance, and overall body awareness. Its contribution to increased concentration and focus further enhances the learning experience.

Classrooms are equipped with fitness areas where students can release energy or recenter themselves through basic physical exercises or stretches. Brain Gym®, a blend of kinesthetic and yoga movements, is incorporated into the program to enrich the learning process. These movements are designed to improve concentration, focus, memory, physical coordination, and self-esteem.

Outdoor play is a crucial component, offering students opportunities to engage in activities that enhance skills such as balancing, throwing, kicking, catching, chasing, dodging, rolling, jumping, and hopping. While daily teacher-directed outdoor activities are provided, students also have the freedom to choose and play according to their preferences. Instilling the importance of making healthy choices from an early age, we believe that offering and demonstrating these choices contributes to fostering a lifelong commitment to fitness and health.
